Gambling at Judiku should always be about entertainment — never financial stress, never obligation, and never at the cost of your wellbeing or the wellbeing of those around you. This page explains the tools we provide, the warning signs to watch for, and where to find help if you or someone you care about needs it.
Judiku takes player welfare seriously — not just as a policy, but as a practice.
At Judiku, responsible gambling is not a footnote in our Terms & Conditions. It is a core part of how we run this platform. We serve players from across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu — and we understand that while the vast majority of our members enjoy gaming as a hobby, some individuals may struggle to keep their gambling within healthy limits.
We have put in place a comprehensive suite of responsible gambling tools that are accessible to every registered Judiku member at no cost and without requiring any justification. You do not need to explain yourself to set a limit or take a break. We will process your request without question.
Gambling problems can affect anyone, regardless of income level, location, or gaming experience. The early warning signs are not always obvious — often they build gradually over weeks or months. Our responsibility is to provide you with the tools to stay in control, and to point you towards professional help when those tools are not enough.
We also take our age verification responsibilities extremely seriously. Judiku's platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. We enforce this through mandatory KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal, and we actively monitor account activity for patterns consistent with underage access.
Gambling is entertainment — it should never be used to solve financial problems or supplement income.
Only wager amounts you can comfortably afford to lose — every session, every bet.
Set time and budget limits before each session — stick to them regardless of wins or losses.
Never chase losses. Losses are the cost of entertainment — they are not debts to be recovered by playing more.
Take regular breaks. Gambling while fatigued, stressed, or emotionally distressed leads to poor decisions.
If gambling stops being fun, stop immediately. Use our self-exclusion tools or contact support for assistance.
Judiku's most non-negotiable rule — and the one we enforce most rigorously.
Age verification is mandatory for all Judiku account holders.
The Judiku platform is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. This is not merely a legal requirement — it reflects our genuine concern for the safety of young people. Research consistently shows that gambling habits formed in adolescence and early adulthood carry a much higher risk of developing into addictive behaviour. By enforcing a strict 21+ age policy, we play our part in keeping gambling a safe adult activity.
Every new Judiku member must complete KYC identity verification, which includes submitting a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or passport. Date of birth is verified against this document. Accounts where identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction will have their withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
Free, instant, and always available — no questions asked.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Judiku account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours. Reductions take effect straight away. You can configure deposit limits anytime from your Account Settings panel.
Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. When your net losses reach this threshold, your account will automatically prevent further wagers for the remainder of the period. This tool is particularly useful for players who find it difficult to stop after a string of losing sessions.
Set a maximum duration for each individual gaming session. When your session reaches the configured time, you will receive a prominent on-screen reminder showing your session duration and net activity. You can choose to continue or log out. Setting a session limit keeps gaming time-bounded and intentional.
Receive regular pop-up reminders at configurable intervals (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) displaying your total session time and net win/loss figures. Reality checks help break the flow of extended play and provide an honest snapshot of your current gaming activity.
Take a short break from the platform without permanently closing your account. Cooling-off periods are available from 24 hours up to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or deposit. Promotional emails are paused. Your account data is preserved and you can return when the period ends.
If you feel you need a more definitive break, self-exclusion permanently blocks your access to the Judiku platform. Self-exclusion can be set for a minimum of 6 months or made permanent. We will not send you any marketing communications during self-exclusion. If you attempt to register a new account during a self-exclusion period, we will close it immediately.
Example illustration only. Your actual limits and usage are displayed in your Account Settings panel. Limits apply across all payment methods — Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and all Malaysian bank transfers.
Alternatively, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email [email protected] and our team will set or modify your limits on your behalf.
Responsible gambling is built into the Judiku platform at every level.
Every Judiku member must pass KYC identity verification before withdrawing. Date of birth is verified against a government-issued MyKad or passport. No exceptions are made for the 21+ age requirement regardless of account activity level.
Our platform analytics flag unusual account behaviour — including sharp increases in deposit frequency, late-night gaming patterns, and rapid session escalation. Flagged accounts may receive a responsible gambling check-in from our support team.
We do not send promotional emails or push notifications to accounts that are in a cooling-off period or self-exclusion window. Players who have contacted us with gambling-related concerns are removed from all marketing communication lists immediately.
Our live chat support team is available around the clock. If you contact us with a responsible gambling concern — whether it's setting a limit, requesting self-exclusion, or just needing someone to talk to — your message is treated with priority and full confidentiality.
When a self-exclusion is in place, our system actively blocks new account registration attempts using the same identity information. We take reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from circumventing restrictions, including via new contact details or payment methods.
All games on the Judiku Platform display their RTP (Return to Player) percentage. We do not manipulate game outcomes or use dark patterns designed to encourage extended play. Session history and full transaction records are available to all members at any time from Account Settings.
Honest self-awareness is the first step to staying in control.
Problem gambling rarely announces itself clearly. It develops gradually — through small habit changes, rationalised spending, and gradually expanding sessions. The questions below are a simple self-check. If you find yourself answering "yes" to several of them, it may be time to take a break and consider reaching out for professional support.
A step-by-step guide to taking a break from Judiku.
Sign in to your Judiku account using your registered username and password on the Platform.
Click your profile icon at the top right and navigate to the Account Settings menu.
Inside Account Settings, find the Responsible Gambling section. You will see all available tools listed here including deposit limits, cooling-off, and self-exclusion.
Select your preferred self-exclusion duration: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or Permanent. Choose the option that feels appropriate for your situation. If in doubt, choose the longer period.
Review the details and confirm. The self-exclusion takes effect within minutes. You will receive a confirmation email to your registered address. Marketing emails will stop immediately.
If you are unable to complete this process yourself, contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or email [email protected] and we will action the self-exclusion on your behalf immediately — no questions asked.

Gambling problems affect not just the individual — but everyone around them.
If you are concerned that someone close to you — a partner, parent, sibling, or friend — may have a gambling problem, your instinct to seek information is already an important step. Problem gambling can be difficult to spot because it is often concealed out of shame or denial. Common signs to look for include:
Approaching someone about a potential gambling problem requires care and patience. Avoid confrontational or accusatory language. Choose a calm, private moment. Express concern without judgment. Be prepared for denial — it is a normal initial response.
Organisations such as Talian Kasih (15999) and Gamblers Anonymous also provide support for the families and partners of people affected by problem gambling. You do not have to navigate this alone.
Every Judiku player is invited to adopt these personal commitments.
I will only gamble with money I can afford to lose, never with money allocated for bills, rent, or essential expenses.
I will set a deposit limit that reflects my personal entertainment budget and I will not request an increase unless my financial situation genuinely supports it.
I will stop playing when I have reached my pre-set budget limit — regardless of whether I am winning or losing.
I will not gamble when I am emotionally distressed, under the influence of alcohol, sleep-deprived, or under financial pressure.
I will take a break if gambling stops being enjoyable, and I will use the Judiku self-exclusion tool if I feel I need more time away from the platform.
I will seek help if I recognise that gambling is causing problems in my life — and I will encourage others around me to do the same.
When gambling is approached responsibly, it can be a genuinely enjoyable hobby. Set your limits, know your boundaries, and focus on the game. Judiku is here to support you every step of the way.
